The joy of running
Micah doesn't walk anywhere....he runs! He particularly loves to run downhill as fast as his little legs will let him. I find it hard trying to keep up with him...especially since it usually means having to run UP hill in order to run downhill.
I hold my breathe half the time as he hurls downhill, hoping that he doesn't do a face plant! Who needs the gym when you've got Micah as your personal trainer??
